Business Manager – Fluent in French

You will bedeveloping a small company within our company, with the assistance of theDirection, HR staff as well as management assistants.

Your job can besplit into 2 main elements:

1) Accountmanagement:

• You will beresponsible for the development and account management of a portfolio ofclients;

• You will berecruiting new engineer consultants;

• You will bemanaging a team of consultants working with your clients. You will be their keycommunication point, thus attending to their needs by providing offers inrelation to their competencies, as well as their yearly evaluation, and so on.

2) BusinessDevelopment:

• Contact prospectsfor qualification;

• Attend importantmultiple industry sector events;

• Establishprofessional relationships with Higher Management and Executives;

• Acquire newcustomers;

• Execute the fullsales cycle from cold lead to won;

• Negotiateproposals with the customers.

You will be incharge of the commercial process from A to Z, starting from finding the righttype of clients, the understanding of needs, the selection of candidates, tothe actual commercial offer and the integration of new consultants.

Profile:

We are looking fortalented-young people with these capabilities:

• Master degree orequivalent in line with this position;

• Fluent inPortuguese and French;

• Commercialbackground and Entrepreneurial spirit;

• Availability totravel and/or temporarily change residence to another European country

• A hands-on andhumane attitude in generating business engineering leads;
